4. If there is any abnormal noise or malfunction when the machine is working, the repair mechanic must be notified in time to deal with it. The machine can be started only after repair; that is, the maintenance worker and repair mechanic are responsible for the mechanical aspects.

5. When electrical equipment malfunctions, it must be handled by an electrician, and the operator and security guard must not move arbitrarily; that is, the electrician is responsible for the electrical aspects.

6. During the operation, you should concentrate your mind and correctly handle various decapitations at any time. You are not allowed to leave the job without permission or hand over your work to others without permission. No laughing or playing around while working.

7. Keep the work site and machinery and equipment clean and tidy. Tapes, glue bottles, scissors, kraft paper, and various transport vehicles, panheads, and panheads must be placed neatly and safely in designated locations.

8. Before use, check whether the electrical appliances and power supply components are normal and intact, and whether the number of warp wires meets the process requirements.

If there is a broken warp, after automatic shutdown, you should check out the thread ends from the weaving beam, connect them according to regulations, then start the motor and warp normally.
