Precautions for using lifting straps:
6.1.1 Overloading is strictly prohibited.
6.1.2 When working with two lifting belts, hang the two lifting belts directly into the double hooks. Each lifting belt is hung at the symmetrical stress center position of the double hooks; when four lifting belts are used, every two lifting belts are directly hung into the double hooks. Note that the lifting belts in the hooks cannot overlap or squeeze each other. The lifting belts must be symmetrical to the hooks. center of force.
6.1.3 When using lifting straps, looping is not allowed.
6.1.4 When using the lifting belt, hang the lifting belt directly into theHookThe center of stress cannot be hung on the tip of the hook.
6.1.5 During hoisting operations, the lifting straps are not allowed to cross, twist, knot, or twist. Correct special connectors for lifting straps should be used for connection.
6.1.6 When encountering a loadsharp cornersEdgegoodswhen, must takejacketcorner protectorand other methods to protect the lifting belt to extend the service life of the lifting belt.Do not use lifting straps on rough surfaces.Prevent the lifting strap from being cut by corners and scratched by rough surfaces.
6.1.7 Double-turn choke binding is safer.
6.1.8 When using the sling, the bending part of the hook causesflat slingUnable to load evenly in the width direction, affected by the hookthe inside diameter ofImpact. If the diameter of the hook is too small, it will not be fully integrated with the eye of the webbing. Correct connectors should be used to connect it.
6.1.9 The opening angle of the eye of the circular lifting belt should not be greater than 20°, and it should be installed upside down.processAvoid cracking at the eyelet.
6.1.10 Correct lifting measures must be taken when hoisting pipe objects.Way, Excessive lifting angle will cause safety hazards.
6.1.11 should not bethingPressure on the lifting belt will cause damage to the lifting belt. Do not try to pull the lifting belt out from below, which may cause danger. It should be cushioned with objects to leave enough space for the sling to be taken out smoothly.
6.1.12 Lifting straps should not begroundOr rough surface pull.
6.1.13 After use, the sling should be stored by hanging.
6.2riggingConnector
6.2.1shackleHow to use and precautions for series products
6.2.1.1OperationBefore installation, check whether the shackle model used matches and whether the connection is firm and reliable.
6.2.1.2 Prohibited useboltor metal rod insteadpin
6.2.1.3 Lifting processstopLarge impacts and collisions are not allowed.
6.2.1.4 Pin-bearing craneholeIt should rotate flexibly and no jamming is allowed.
6.2.1.5 The shackle body shall not bear any horizontalbending momentThe operation, that is, the bearing capacity should be in the bodyflatInside.
6.2.1.6 When there are different angles of bearing capacity in the plane of the body, the ultimate working load of the shackle is also adjusted.
6.2.1.7 The angle between the two leg riggings carried by the shackle shall not be greater than 120°.
6.2.1.8 The shackle must correctly support the load, that is, the force must be along thecenter lineOn the axis, avoid bending, unstable loads, and overloading.
6.2.1.9 Avoid eccentric loading of the shackle.
6.2.1.10 The shackle iswire rope riggingWhen used in conjunction with binding rigging, the cross-pin part of the shackle should be connected to the eyelet of the wire rope rigging to prevent the shackle from falling when the rigging is lifted.wire ropeFriction occurs with the shackle, causing the cross pin to separate from the buckle body.
6.2.1.11 According to the frequency of use and working conditionsconditionThe degree of severity should be determined by reasonable regular inspections. The periodic inspection period should not be less than half a year and not exceed one year at most, and inspection records should be kept.
6.2.1.12 As inHigh temperature environmentWhen used, load reduction should be considered, see the table below:
Temperature New rated load after load reduction due to temperature increase
-40℃~200℃ 100% of the original rated load
200℃~300℃ 90% of original rated load
300℃~400℃ 75% of original rated load
Temperatures above 400℃ are not allowed
6.2.2 The shackle should be prohibited from use when one of the following situations occurs:
6.2.2.1 If any part of the shackle body and pin is observed with the naked eye, crack, should be scrapped immediately.
6.2.2.2 Magnetic particle inspection andUltrasonic flaw detectionIf there are cracks, they should be scrapped immediately.
6.2.2.3 If the shackle body is obviously deformed or the pin is deformed and cannot rotate, it should be scrapped immediately.
6.2.2.4 Any part of the shackle body and pinsectionThe amount of wear exceedsnominal size10%, it should be scrapped immediately.
6.2.2.5 If the shackle body and pin have large areas of corrosion or rust, they should be scrapped immediately.
6.2.3 Usage methods and precautions for hook series products
6.2.3.1 When using the hook, the rigging end should bepartHang the hook at the center of the force, and do not directly hang the tip of the hook.
6.2.3.2 When cracks and deformation occur in the hook, it is strictly prohibited to use welding and heating bending methods to repair the hook.
6.2.3.3 When two slings are put into the hook, the angle from the vertical plane to the sling pullout cannot be greater than 45°, and the angle between the two slings is not allowed to exceed 90°.
6.2.3.4 Hooks whose wear has exceeded the limit shall not be used.
6.2.3.4.2 It should be clear that the hook is required to support the load, andWarranty CardCan never support loads.
6.2.3.6 When the hook is used, the hook is not allowed to be used for side load, back load and tip load.
6.2.4 If any of the following conditions occurs on the hook, the parts should be replaced or scrapped
6.2.4.1 The amount of rust or wear on the hook body is greater than 10% of the nominal size.
6.2.4.2 The hook has cracks, cracks, etc. that are visible to the naked eye or cracks after flaw detection.defect
6.2.4.3 Hooks with warranty cards. If the warranty card is loose, it will lose its function.
6.2.4.4 The size of the hook opening increases, or the hook tip bends more than 10° to the plane of the hook body, or the fishing gear is damaged, bent, or the hook tip is worn due to any reason, causing the hook warranty card to not work properly.
6.2.7chain shackleHow to use and precautions for series products
6.2.7.1Based onchainDiameter and load capacityweightChoose a chain shackle that matches it, and overloading is strictly prohibited.
6.2.7.2 To install the chain shackle, first insert the buckle body into thehanging ringchain link, turn the buckle body to check whether it is flexible. If correct, align the two buckle bodies and install them.circlip, penetrate the horizontal pin.
6.2.7.3 When the circlip of the chain shackle becomes loose and loses its function, the parts should be replaced or scrapped.
6.2.7.4 The chain shackle is not allowed to be twisted and misaligned. If any abnormality is found, it should be stopped from use.
6.2.8 If the lifting ring encounters any of the following conditions, the parts should be replaced or scrapped
6.2.8.1 Any part of the lifting ring has cracks after inspection or is visible to the naked eye.
6.2.8.2 There are obvious signs of lifting ringsplastic deformation
6.2.8.3 The wear amount of any part of the lifting ring is greater than 2.5% of the original size.
6.2.8.4 When the diameter of the lifting ring is worn or corroded by more than 10% of the nominal size.
6.2.8.5 The inner length L of the long lifting ring (the inner diameter D of the garden lifting ring) has a deformation rate of more than 5%.
