Safe operation of spreaders

A. Before using the spreader, first confirm its tonnage mark and maximum lifting capacity. Overloading is strictly prohibited. If there is no mark or the mark is unclear, stop using it.

B. Before and after each shift, the spreader structural parts and accessories must be checked for distortion and damage, and whether the fasteners are loose or micro-cracked.

C. Before lifting, the lifting point should be selected correctly. Before lifting, it should be confirmed whether the binding is firm and whether the special-shaped parts, serial pin bars and safety pins are installed. The lifting should be carried out slowly.

D. When hoisting, the lifting belts and chains should not be twisted, knotted, stuck or stiff, and should be hoisted without any knots.

E. When the sling is operating, it is strictly prohibited for anyone to pass underneath.

F. When special-shaped spreaders are used, they are limited to the original design functions and are not allowed to be changed or added at will.
