Ribbon loom safety operating procedures

Make a dedicated ground wire to make it well grounded, and completely connect the ground pole behind the high-speed loom to the ground wire.

Place the webbing machine in a dry place with good ventilation, no flammable and explosive items around, clean ground, no dust, and no dust.

It is strictly forbidden to expose the ribbon loom to rain, snow, and water vapor.

The distance between the ribbon loom and the operating construction point should be kept at least 2 meters.

Nothing should be covered on the loom, and ventilation and heat dissipation must be maintained.

Prepare insulating gloves and insulating electrical boots for construction.

Place the fluff into the flocking nozzle and fasten the screen cover.

Turn on the main power switch and observe whether the power indicator light is on. If you can hear the sizzling sound of high-voltage discharge, it means that the machine is normal. Wear insulating gloves and insulating rubber boots to start flocking work.

After stopping flocking, turn off the power switch and disconnect the power supply.
