Industrial sewing machine operating procedures

1, Check that the fuselage should be clean, free of oil stains, and items unrelated to production, the power switch should be intact, and the transmission parts should be normal.

2, Cut the required semi-finished products neatly according to the production plan, turn on the power, refuel and start.

3. Fix the sewing machine with a clip and sew. The longitudinal distance of the sewing lines should not exceed 1cm. Each row of lines must be parallel. The line density is 8-12 stitches/10cm in the non-loading area and 9-15 stitches/10cm in the load-bearing area. There must be at least 25mm of backstitching at the beginning and end of the suture line.'.4-8 rows of transverse stitches must be added to the soft ring, and an X pattern stitch must be added for reinforcement. The certificate of compliance must be sewn at non-joint locations.

4.缝After the production is completed, the operator should check whether the belt meets the specified requirements, such as length, width,

Thickness and linear density, etc.

5. Before the end of each shift, the oil filling holes of each transmission part must be filled with engine oil, the fuselage must be wiped clean, and the power must be turned off to facilitate use after get off work.
