mechanicalspreaderGenerally according to different hanging forms, it can be divided into: hook type, sling type, claw type, etc.At present, in order to ensure that the parts are not deformed and the stability of transportation after lifting, welding spreaders are mostly claw-type. Several other spreader forms are used in different areas according to different uses.
Hook-type spreaders are mostly used for the transfer of small sub-assemblies with smaller weights. For example, the welding stations in the front engine room mostly have smaller workpieces. When used with a balancer of appropriate specifications, each small sub-assembly can be quickly transferred. The advantage of the hook-type spreader is that it is convenient, fast and has a high flexibility. Different numbers of hooks can be selected according to different specifications and sizes of the workpieces, or multiple smaller workpieces can be transported at one time.
Slings are mostly used in the production process of the frame. Due to the heavy weight of the frame, the use of hook-type spreaders can easily cause safety hazards of decoupling. Therefore, slings are often used to transport the frame.Due to the heavy weight of the items being lifted, this type of spreader often uses slings made of multiple strands of wire rope during welding.
Claw type spreader is currently the most widely used spreader in welding production.Since automobile body panels are generally thin plates less than 3mm, and some tailor-welded structural parts are about 0.8-1.0mm thick, the strength of the panels is not enough to be used as a lifting point. When lifting, it will cause deformation and damage to the panels. Therefore, the use of claw-type spreaders can use clamping blocks of different shapes and positions to clamp the workpiece at higher-strength locations to avoid deformation and provide greater stability during transfer.
